These buildings are to be demolished in the coming fiscal year as part of Columbia’s neighborhood revitalization program. The Owens properties are on South Broad Street, and the Baum house is on Scottsville Street. The $750,000 budget will enable the town to do additional work to improve community appearance, health and safety, and allow for new growth.
