COLUMBIA – The Tyrrell County 5 th Sunday Night Singspiration has been cancelled due to actions to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. Although state and federal officials have loosened restrictions on religious gatherings, most Tyrrell County churches are only now getting back to limited regular worship services and choir practices.

The county-wide Singispiration which dates to the 1950s was to be hosted by the Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church on the 5th Sunday in May.
