On July 7, investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Cameron Merritt, 24, of 144 Johnny Whaley Lane in Beulaville and Brandi Howard, 24, of 2051 Lightwood Bridge Road in Wallace. Merritt was found to be in possession of approximately 52 grams of methamphetamine. Howard was found to be in possession of approximately one gram of methamphetamine.
Merritt was placed under a $75,000 secured bond, and Howard was placed under an $8,000 secured bond.
