Anthony and Mariah Spencer pose for a quick photo after she caught her first fish, an Atlantic croaker at Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head recently. She was thrilled with the catch as well as the First Fish Citation the pier gave her. Mr. Spencer, a nine plus year veteran cashier, continues to be an important employee in the Visitor Services department. He was pleased to see his “Riah” get her first fish.
