Irene Withers Blount, 72, of Chocowinity and a native of Aiken County, South Carolina, died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital, Washington. Viewing will be held from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020, at Oscar’s Mortuary. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 13, 2020, at Oscar’s Memorial Grounds, 1700 Oscar Drive. Interment will be at Thankful Grove Cemetery, Windsor, S.C. Arrangements are by Oscar’s Mortuary.
