Mr. Jimmy Ray Foster, age 65, a resident of 26063 Hwy 264 East, Pantego, died Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at his home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven. Mr. Foster was born in Rocky Mount, N.C. on August 2, 1955. He was the son of the late Joe Robert Foster and Margret Marie Short Foster. Mr. Foster was a commercial fisherman and worked a hog farm. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and crabbing. Mr. Foster is survived by two daughters, Brandi Foster and husband, Wesley Wrenn of Pantego, Kaela Foster of Belhaven; sister, Becky Jo Foster; seven grandchildren, Katlin Cerino, Samantha Squires, Cheyenne Swindell, T. J. Squires, Jason Thomas Howard, Cayden Howard, Caleb Howard; three great grandchildren, Kaylee-Ann Swindell, Madison Cerino, Allison Cerino and sister in law, Sonya Foster. In addition to his parents, Mr. Foster was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Carl Foster. The family would like to thank Community Home Care and Hospice and his nurse, Victoria Hamilton for their compassion and care.
