Sheriff’s Office nets 20 drug arrests in 2 months

Within the past two months, investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit have arrested 20 people involved in the use and distribution of controlled substance. Their arrests stemmed from investigators receiving complaints from Crime Stoppers and concerned citizens. Investigators conducted surveillance, traffic stops and made undercover purchases of controlled substances that led to the arrests.
Darius Blackledge, 21, of 105 Randolph Road in Washington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, carrying a concealed gun and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Messiah Barnes-Lofton, 21, of 3166 St. Johns Church Road in Washington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, carrying a concealed gun and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Davis Butler, 39, of 175 Keys Court, Apt. 6 in Greenville, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia.
Adrienne Napier, 36, of 114 Iron Creek Drive in Washington, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia.
John Bell, 43, of 323 Fairview Ave. in Washington. was charged with trafficking opium, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana within 1,000 feet of a playground, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule I controlled substance (molly/MDMA) within 1,000 feet of a playground, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule I controlled substance (Psilocybin Mushrooms) within 1000 feet of a playground and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lisa Hulsart-Mendoza, of 113 Arbor Drive in Washington, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Misty Boyd, 42, of 1346 CBH Lodge Road in Washington, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dwight Hamilton, 50, of 897 S. Grimesland Bridge Road in Grimesland, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Edward Shavender, 44, of 61 Camp Leach Road in Washington, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to sop for blue lights and siren and resisting a public officer.
Joshua Davenport, 31, of 70 Dixon Lane in Washington, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ryan Burbage, 40, of 187 Davis Lane in Pinetown, was charge with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license.
Jacob Carpenter, 20, of 4450 Sidney Road in Belhaven, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Andrew Euper, 42, of 174 Hereford Drive in Dudley, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jason Morgan, 36, of 1374 White Oak Road in Four Oaks, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michelle Canady, 46, of 600 Lincoln Drive in Kenly, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shelby Meade, 20, of 600 Lincoln Drive in Kenly, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brandon Manning, 34, of 306 Oak Ridge Lane in Belhaven, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Adderall) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
William Waters, 33, of 4310 Terrapin Track Road in Washington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance (Adderall).
Trestin Everett, 20, of 650 Third St. in Aurora, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession of marijuana what and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kylie Allison, 23, of 650 Third St. in Aurora, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
