Washington Police arrest three in drug bust

On Feb. 8 at approximately 7:24 p.m., officers of the Washington Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a Kia Sorento SUV after observing a motor vehicle violation.  The vehicle was stopped on North Bridge Street. When officers approached the vehicle they immediately observed the presence of illegal drugs and movements consistent with the occupants attempting to hide contraband. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of a quantity of cocaine, THC concentrate oil, Oxycodone and two firearms, one of which had been reported stolen. 

All three occupants of the vehicle were previously convicted felons and as such are prohibited from possessing firearms.

Jeremy Perdue was charged with possession with intent to sell or distribute hashish, possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, possession with intent to sell or distribute opiates, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

Oshun Harris was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dougreco Harris was charged with trafficking in opiates, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. Perdue’s bond is set to $25,000, Oshun Harris’ bond is set to $20,000 and Dougreco Harris’ bond is set to $35,000.00.
