Beaufort County Cooperative Extension offers fresh salad and salad dressings class

NC Cooperative Extension is offering a hands-on fresh salad and salad dressings class! We will explore a variety of fruits and vegetables and create delicious homemade salad dressings from scratch. You may choose to come Thursday, February 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or Thursday, March 4 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Beaufort County Extension Center located at 155 Airport Road, Washington, NC 27889 in the demonstration kitchen.
To register please come by the Extension Center, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by Feb 24. We accept cash or checks made payable to the Extension Fund. Men and women are welcome. The class will cost $10 per person. Class size is limited to eight participants. Everyone is required to wear a mask into the building and we will practice social distancing.
