Gov. Roy Cooper has appointed Dr. Carl Rufus Crozier of Washington to the North Carolina Board for Licensing of Soil Scientists as a soil scientist employed by a higher education institution. Crozier is a retired professor from North Carolina State University in the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences. He now consults with North Carolina cropping system projects.
