The Richland Seniors bypassed their monthly meeting for a day trip to Tryon Palace in New Bern. The group visited the beautiful gardens and ate lunch at Lawson’s Restaurant on the river. The trip also included a short visit to the New Bern History Museum, a very interesting and fun place that will a stop on future visits when more time allows.

If you have never been to the Tryon Palace and experienced all it has to offer, please put this on your to-do list. You will not be disappointed.
