Cole Blanks led the Washington Whitecaps summer swim team with three victories in Tuesday night’s meet at the Ayden Country Club.
Blanks captured the 9-10 boys 50-yard freestyle (37.57), 50-yard backstroke (45.3) and the 50-yard butterfly (45.14)
Brandon Ward won the 9-10 boys 50-yard breaststroke in 59.73 seconds and finished second to Blanks in the 50-yard freestyle (41.42) and the 50-yard backstroke (49.4)
Wren Tyson won the 9-10 boys 100-yard individual medley (1.45.9), was third in the 50-yard breaststroke (1.02.9) and fourth in the 50-yard freestyle (41.42.).
Brayden Capehart was seventh in the 9-10 boys 50-yard breaststroke and eighth in the 50-yard backstroke.
Aubrey Woolard won the 13-14 girls 100 individual medley in 1:13.8, the 50-yard butterfly in 30.56 seconds and finished second in the 50-yard freestyle in 28.11.
Anna Brey Pake won the 11-12 girls 50-yard breaststroke in 49.21, was second in the 100 individual medley (1.32.7) and took third in the 50-yard freestyle in 37.42.
Travis DeMercurio was third in the 15-18 boys 100 individual medley in 1.30.7 and third in the 50-yard freestyle in 31.9 seconds.
Wallace Atkins won the 6u girls 25-yard freestyle in 29.01 and was fourth in the 25-yard backstroke (36.88).
Hudson Capehart was second in the 6u boys 25-yard freestyle (29.01) and second in the 25-yard backstroke (31.54)
