James Arthur Ward, 72, of 102 Pamlico Court, Aurora, NC 27806 died Saturday, October 15, 2022, at home. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Sunday, October 23, 2022, at the Temple of Jesus Christ-Family Center, 810 Hackney Ave., Washington, NC. Burial will be at Cedar Hill, Washington, NC. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the Family Life Center 1 PM to 2 PM. The family is receiving family and friends at the home of his daughter, Juanita Copeland, 418 E.12th St., Washington, NC on Thursday through Friday from 5 PM to 7 PM and also at the home of his niece Mrs. Renee Harvey 814 Grimes Rd Washington, NC Wednesday through Saturday from 1 PM to 8PM.
