Linda Sue Oliver Respass, age 72, of Plymouth, NC passed away on November 14, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday November 16, 2022 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Service and at other times at the home located at 24331 NC HWY 32 N. Plymouth, NC.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, November 17, 2022 at the Respass Family Cemetery at 11323 Hwy 32 S. Plymouth, NC.

The following will serve as pallbearers: Kamden Watson, Kennedy Will Watson, Rex Harris, D. J. Respass, Butch Oliver and Edward Oliver.

She was born in Durham, NC on October 12, 1950 to the late Fernie H. and Hazel Oliver.

Linda was a woman who loved her family fiercely, especially spending time with her grandkids. She loved to travel, listening to beach music, and enjoyed the mountains.

Linda is survived by her husband Ronnie “Skinner” Respass, two sons, Jesse Respass (Jackie) and Matt Respass (Laura); daughter, Jacqueline Watson (Kenny); sister, Kathy Jefferson (Larry); two brothers, Fernie Oliver Jr. (Christine) and Ronald Oliver (Bet); two grandsons, Kennedy Will Watson and Kamden Lee Watson; two granddaughters, Taylor Brook Respass and Allie Grace Respass; two step-granddaughters, Ava Poole and Lindsey Haislip;; two step-grandsons, Alston Poole and Jimmy Hodges;

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers Gary and Larry Oliver and her grandson, Khristian L. Watson.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Linda’s home-health aide Roshita Bell, and to everyone who visited and supported the family with comfort and food after her injury.
