Stanley Stokes Ramsden Sr., age 87, a resident of Washington, passed away on Sunday, December. 25, 2022, at ECU Health Beaufort Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm Tuesday January 3, 2023 at Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service.  The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home from 1:30 until the service hour.
