Reba Rose Todd, 61, passed away on December 25, 2022. Reba grew up in Windsor, and attended Bertie High School. She lived much of her life between Bertie and Beaufort Counties, and recently had been living in Roanoke Rapids.

Reba loved spending time outdoors, particularly camping and spending time at the beach. Reba was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Felton Todd and Minnie-Leigh Todd; and two brothers Timothy Louis Todd and Douglas Felton Todd.

She is survived by her two sons, Colby Modlin and wife, Kim Nguyen, of Modesto, CA, and Kyle Modlin of Tarboro; 3 grandchildren, Layla Nicole Modlin, Aedion Aubron Modlin Shae Lien Modlin; sister, Patricia Burden; and nephew, Jason Todd.
