REPEAT PERFORMER: Pungo Christian Academy senior Reagan Stoop is a member of the NCISAA 1A girls basketball All-State team for the 2022-23 season after earning the honor for the first time last year.

She led the Lady Raiders to their third straight Final Four appearance averaging 2.02 and 13.2 rebounds a game. PCA finished 23-4 overall and 9-1 in the Tar Heel Independent Conference.

Four players from state champion Northside Christian joined her on the first team along with two from Victory Christian and two from Crossroads Christian of Henderson, who eliminated PCA in the semi-finals. One player from Cresset Christian, United Faith and league rival Ridgecroft rounded out the 12 player squad.

Stoop finished her basketball career with 1,340 points and 1,037 rebounds.
