Former Southside High School standout Ka’Nyah O’Neal helped the East All-Stars defeat the West, 74-68, Monday night in the Greensboro Coliseum. O’Neal, a Fayetteville State signee, started for the East and scored nine points and grabbed three rebounds despite being hampered by foul trouble.
