Mr. Robert Alexander “Buck” Andrews, Sr., age 88, a resident of Washington, NC died Thursday, July 27, 2023, at ECU Beaufort Hospital in Washington.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday August 2, 2023, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.  A burial will be held at Coastal Carolina Veterans Cemetery, Jacksonville, at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.  The family received friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday August 1, 2023, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home of his daughter, Debbie Woolard, 212 Decoy Drive, Washington.
