You may have met Sherri Hollister ringing up your bourbon at the local ABC store. But did you know she just published her 12th novel? Behind that friendly “Thank you, come again!” there’s a brilliant imagination–and a keen criminal mind–at work.
In Hollister’s most recent novel, Remy’s Dilemma, a romantic suspense, the hero and heroine find themselves thrust into a world where love and danger intertwine in a race against time—right here in Beaufort County.
With six sons, a full-time job, and a prolific writing career, the author herself knows a thing or two about racing against time. How on earth does she do it?
Join local author Sherri Hollister and the Pamlico Writers’ Group as she shares excerpts from her new book, Remy’s Dilemma, and dishes on inspiration, the writing life, making mistakes, publishing, marketing, and relying on your writing community.
The event, sponsored by the Pamlico Writers’ Group and Beaufort County Arts Council, will be held Tuesday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. at the Turnage Theater Gallery. It is free and open to the public.
