Ms. Terri Arlen Rowe, age 69, a resident of Chocowinity, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023 at her home.
A private service will be held later.

Ms. Rowe was born in Beaufort County on January 10, 1954. She was the daughter of the late Archie Grey Rowe and Emily Jeannette Elks Rowe. Ms. Rowe was a retired Rural Mail Carrier in the Blounts Creek area for over 20 years. Ms. Rowe was raised in the Episcopal Church. In her spare time, she loved the beach, the Pamlico River and boating.

Ms. Rowe is survived by her son, Travis Arnett Sheppard of Washington; brother, Archie Grey Rowe, Jr. of Chocowinity; sister, Dona Susan Rowe of Washington.
