Elsie Magdalena Gargaro, age 82, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2023 in Washington, North Carolina.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 28, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Services. The memorial Service is set for Wednesday November 29, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Mother of Mercy’s Catholic Church on 112 W 9th Street in Washington, NC.
