Mrs. Janice O’Neal Buck Boyd, age 90, a resident of Blounts Creek, NC died Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at her home.

A memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour on Sunday at the funeral home.
