Jimmy “Jim” Raven Mizelle, age 86, a resident of Washington, NC died Sunday January 21, 2024 at ECU Health Inpatient Hospice.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday January 26, 2024 at Second Baptist Church in Washington and burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour at Second Baptist Church and other times at the home.

Paul Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the Mizelle family.
