Gary “Scooter” Upton Jr., 54, a resident of Washington, NC passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024.

A memorial service to honor his memory will be held at 11:00am Saturday, June 15, 2024 on the Washington waterfront located at Harding Square, 102 W Stewart Parkway.
