A Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Service in Washington, NC.  A Memorial Service at Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service Chapel will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 2 PM with a burial following at Oakdale Cemetery.
