Winnie Rose Harris Boykin, 91, of Greensboro passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at Hospice Home at High Point.

She was born November 6, 1932, in Pantego, NC to Wilbur and Alice Harris. She was an active member of Jamestown United Methodist Church, participating in many outreach ministries such as Circle of Faith, Prayer Shawl Ministry and others.

‘Rosey’ had a deep love for serving others, reading, crossword puzzles and gardening.

A Celebration of Life will be held July 27, 2024, at 2pm at Jamestown United Methodist Church.

The family request in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to ‘Your Local Hospice’ or Boys & Girls Home of North Carolina, PO Box 127, Lake Wacamaw, NC 28450.
