Thomas Ellis Payne, age 79, a resident of Belhaven, NC died Monday, July 29, 2024 at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

A graveside service will be held 2:00PM Friday, August 2, 2024 at Pamlico Beach Community Cemetery at Ryder Hill.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven.

Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven is serving the Payne family.
