Patricia Ann O’Neal, age 67, a resident of Washington, died Saturday, August 10, 2024, at her home.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 2:00 PM at West End Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the O’Neal family.
