Jack O’Neal Hart, age 4, a resident of Vanceboro, NC passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at the Maynard Children’s Hospital at ECU Health Medical Center.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 19, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. Internment will take place at the Vanceboro Cemetery at 3:00 PM, located on Mill Rd. in Vanceboro, NC.
