Franklin Dale Sykes, age 71, a resident of Washington, died Saturday, August 24, 2024, at River Trace Nursing and Rehab Center.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
