Mrs. Wencie Conte Frazier Cheatham, age 52, a resident of Washington, NC died Saturday September 7, 2024, at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday September 15, 2024, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.  A burial will be held later in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, VA.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral hour Sunday at the funeral home.
