North Carolina Highway 33 East of Aurora will be closed starting Monday, Sept. 30 through Friday, Oct. 4, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
The department will make repairs to the bridge over South Creek. The detour will be NC Highway 33 to South Fifth St. (Idalia Road) to West Road to Bay City Road to Royal Highway Road to NC Highway 33.
