Phylis “Vickie” Victoria Weston Buckman, age 70, a resident of Washington, NC passed away Sunday, September 28, 2024.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Methodist Church, 304 W 2nd St, Washington, NC, officiated by Ken Hall. A gathering of family and friends will follow immediately after the service at the Washington Yacht & Country Club. A private burial will take place at the Oakdale Cemetery at a later date.
