Melvin “Joe” Woolard, age 81, passed away on October 19, 2024, at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Joe’s life at a visitation on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, from 6:00-8:00pm at Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service. A graveside service will be held the following day, Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m at Oakdale Cemetery in Washington, NC. All are welcome to join in a reception afterward in the Fellowship Hall at Wanoca Presbyterian Church (921 E. 6th St Washington NC)
