Washington woman charged in collision with school bus

A Washington woman was charged early Monday morning (Nov. 11) in connection to a collision involving a school bus.
Gabrielle Fox, 24, was traveling south on U.S. Highway 17 near Mary Street in Washington when she collided into the rear of a school bus that was slowing down before making a stop to pick up a student, according to North Carolina State Highway Patrol. Two students and the bus driver were on the bus at the time of the collision. They were not injured. Troopers responded to the scene at approximately 7:20 a.m.
Fox was charged with Failure to Reduce Speed.
