Crews are working on various repairs to the cupola of the BHM Library building in downtown Washington. Scaffolding is being installed, and pedestrians should expect sidewalk closures near the intersection of Second Street and Market Street. BHM Library is OPEN during this project. As of Monday, Nov. 18, the library’s front door is inaccessible due to the repair work, so library visitors are asked to use the back door (by the ramp).
