Cecil Ellsworth Allcox, age 89, a resident of Washington, North Carolina, passed peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 12:00 PM in the Chapel at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
