Washington High School graduate and Duke junior safety Terry Moore has been selected to the second-team All-ACC by The Associated Press.
The announcement was made Monday and is the second time this season Moore has received a postseason honor. Last week, the Atlantic Coast Conference also selected Moore to its defensive second-team squad.
Moore has started all 12 of Duke’s games this season. He had 70 tackles, seven for loss, 53 of them in ACC games. He also had a sack and three interceptions, which led the team. Moore broke up six passes and caused two fumbles. Moore was second on the team in tackles and was tied for fifth in the ACC in interceptions.
The AP list is selected by college football writers from around the country who cover the ACC.
