WPD still looking for teen charged with murder, armed robbery

One week after the death of 20-year-old Shamari Parker, of Washington, Washington Police is still looking for one teen charged with killing him.

Quamir Razor, 16, has been charged with murder and armed robbery. He is considered “dangerous,” Stacy Drakeford, deputy city manager and director of public safety said. Drakeford confirmed that the police department continues to search for Razor.

Razor is 5’09,” has a slim build and his birthday is Jan. 22, 2008.

A second teen, 17-year-old Zaydrian Starkie, of Chocowinity, was also charged with murder and armed robbery in connection to Parker’s death.

On Tuesday, Jan. 7, at approximately 6:29 p.m., officers with Washington Police Department and Washington Fire Rescue responded to the area of N. Bonner Street near E. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in reference to a single-vehicle crash.  Upon arrival the driver and victim, Parker, was found suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
