WPD offering $5,000 reward for info on teen charged with murder, armed robbery

Washington Police Department is offering a $5,000 reward for information on Quamir Razor, a 16-year-old charged in the shooting death of Shamari Parker.
The shooting took place on Jan. 7 in Washington.
Razor is 5’09,” has a slim build and his birthday is Jan. 22, 2008.
On Tuesday, Jan. 7, at approximately 6:29 p.m., officers with Washington Police Department and Washington Fire Rescue responded to the area of N. Bonner Street near E. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in reference to a single-vehicle crash.
Upon arrival the driver and victim, Parker, was found suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second teen, 17-year-old Zaydrian Starkie, of Chocowinity, was also charged with murder and armed robbery in connection to Parker’s death.
