A funeral service for Lt. Colonel Hugh William “Bill” Pacella, II (Ret.) will be held at 4 p.m. today in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA at a later date.
The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service, 4500 Highway 264 East, Washington, NC.
