Douglas “Doug” R. Spencer II, age 33, a resident of Beech Ridge Road, Belhaven, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, in Raleigh. A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 20, 2011, in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service officiated by pastor Curtis White. Charles Crites, Erick Jennings, Rachel McCormick, Stephan McCormick, Angie Smith and Darren Smith will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends following the service.
