Mrs. Ruth Vaughn Pugh, age 77, a resident of Mallard Drive, Washington, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2011. A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. The family received friends Tuesday at Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations. Arrangements are by Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations.
