Ms. Joyce Ann Reynolds, 71, of 523 W. Blvd., Williamston, died Monday, Aug. 17, 2009, at Bertie Memorial Hospital. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Williamston.
