The Williamston Tigers kept their record perfect by beating Roanoke, 46-43, in Monday’s middle school boys basketball action.
Williamston was led by Quamaine Anderson and Trevon Rodgers, who each scored 11 points.
Williamston improved to 12-0 with the win.
The Tigers return to action Feb. 8 at home against Jamesville.
Demons win
The P.S. Jones Demons picked up a 49-41 victory over Jones Middle in Monday’s middle school boys basketball play.
Lonnie Williams paced the Demons with 15 points while Tyquan McIver added 14.
P.S. Jones is now 9-3 overall and 9-2 in conference play.
The Demons return to the court Wednesday at home against G.C. Fields.
