Lenorma Saunders Waters, 83, a resident of 104 W. Byrd St., Windsor, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday at Cashie Baptist Church with Dr. Carroll Tarkington and the Rev. Jimmy Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
