Mr. Isaac A. “Pa Pa” Blount, 87, of 96 New Hope Road in Washington, died Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at the Temple of Jesus Christ Church in Washington. The family will receive friends at the home of his son, Willie Robert Blount, 315 Aycok St. in Washington. Viewing will be at the funeral home from 2 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 14. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
