William Thomas “Tommy” Allen, Sr., 75, of Bayboro died Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at Carolina East Medical Center. He is survived by Nancy Ireland of the home; 2 sons, Billy Allen of Newport Richie, Fla. and Wesley Ireland of Merritt; two daughters, Lois Ballance of Stonewall and Alesa Peace of Charleston, SC; one brother, Hardy Allen of Grantsboro; one sister, Vexie Maguire of Alliance and 3 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday night from 6 to 8 at Bryant Funeral home. Graveside services will be Thursday at Greenleaf Memorial Park at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Grady Burroughs officiating.
