Mr. Charlie Rupert Cooper, 79, of Columbia, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell with the Rev. Dr. Jeff Crabtree officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
